Wir freuen uns bereits zum 3. Mal die wunderbare Sheri Celentano aus NYC bei uns zu Gast zu haben. Sie wird einen Teil unser Basis Yoga-Lehrer Ausbildung 2013 als Referentin mitgestalten und exklusiv  in Hamburg einen Abend "für Alle" einen 2-stündigen Workshop bei PYG unterrichten.

Sheri Celentano is Co-Creative Director of Laughing Lotus NYC and one of the primary Teachers for the 200/300 Laughing Lotus Teacher Training Programs.  Teaching since the age of 15, her guidance has spanned from the esteemed  Kripalu Center to the New York City public schools as well as leading retreats world wide.
She loves nothing more than sharing the movement and breath that shows up in her daily practice... The amazing recipe for joy and freedom that has been passed down through the years.
Sheri is inspired by the Sutras, the Gita, Chakras and Mythology. Forever a student, she bows down with gratitude to all of her teachers including Dana Flynn, Jasmine Tarkeshi and Ana Forrest

Thema des Workshops:
The Divine Truth of the Unstuck Sound - Think Heart and Throat Chakras.
Opening shoulder, neck and releasing the power of the upper spine.
The backbending practice can be the scariest of all... After grounding ourselves in the Lotus Flow  we will explore moving into the space of the heart and the throat.
